In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

 An Act further regulating the state lottery .

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

Section 24 of chapter 10 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting at the end thereof the following paragraph:—
The commission shall print, on the reverse side of each instant game ticket and in a prominent location on each lottery betting slip so issued by the commission for use by a bettor, the approximate overall odds of winning a prize in that particular game.
