An Act relative to certain sellers of condominium units.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 87QQ of chapter 112 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby

amended by inserting after the word “employment”, in line 17, the following:— provided, however, a

managing agent of a condominium development or his employees who engage in the selling of units shall

be subject to the provisions of section 87RR to 87DDD.
