An Act to further guarantee fair telemarketing practices.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 8 sub-section (a) of Chapter 159C of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended in line 6 by inserting after the words “age or older” the following words:- “is not proficient in the language spoken during the sale or is mentally incapacitated,”
