An Act relative to limited liability companies.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 12 of chapter 156C of the General Laws, as appearing in the 22002 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the words “five hundred dollars” in line 38 and 39 and inserting in place thereof, in each instance, the figure $250.
