An Act to Provide Employers with Posting Orders and Rules.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Chapter 23A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after section 10A the following section:

Section 10B.  The department shall furnish copies of orders on request without charge to employers required to post in a conspicuous place or places on his premises a notice to be prepared or approved under this chapter or any other chapter.  The department may fulfill the requirements of this section by maintaining updated postings on its website.  The department shall contact employers when updated postings have been released.
