An Act expanding the use of cord blood and placental tissue donations.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Chapter 111L, Section 5A of the General Laws is hereby amended by

Inserting the following at the end of the section:

“and for medical purposes but not limited to stem cell transplants.”
