An Act relative to Teacher Recertification Requirements.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Chapter seventy-one of the Massachusetts General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is further amended in section 38G, line 196 by deleting “one hundred” and inserting “twenty-five”.
