An Act relative to regional school transportation.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

   Section 16C of Chapter 71 is hereby amended by adding the following language at the end of said section:-

   Regional Schools Districts that receive reimbursement under this section are prohibited from providing transportation to students who are not residents of the Regional School District
