An Act relative to the administration of public schools and school committees.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any rule, regulation or general law to the contrary, Chapter 71, Section 59B, is hereby amended in line 9, after the word “superintendent” by adding the following:-
