An Act relative to the teaching of African American history in public schools. |
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Chapter 71 of the
General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 2B the following
section:—
Section 2C.
In all public elementary and secondary schools, African-American history shall
be included as part of the history curriculum.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
