In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

An Act establishing a physical education requirement in the public schools.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.   The second paragraph of section 1D of chapter 69 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out in line 7, the words “the arts”,
and inserting in the place thereof the words “the arts and physical education”.
