 An Act relative to the availability of MCAS results.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1.  The third paragraph of section 1L of chapter 69 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1998 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, after the second sentence, the following sentence:— Diagnostic assessments of tenth grade students shall be made available to the individual student and the student’s school no later than September first in the year the examination is given.
