 An Act relative to auto insurance surcharges.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, section 113B of chapter 175 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting in line 221, after the word “incident.”, the following sentence:- “Driving a motor vehicle that has an expired inspection sticker shall not be considered a surchargeable incident.”
