An Act relative to the expulsion of students in the public schools. |
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 37H½ of chapter 71 of the General Laws, as
appearing in the 1994 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the
last paragraph and inserting in place thereof the following paragraph:—
Upon expulsion of such student, the school or school district shall be required
to provide educational services to such student.
