An Act relative to the international education and foreign language grant programs fund.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Section 2VVV of chapter 29 of the General Laws, as inserted by chapter 168 of the acts of 2006, is hereby amended in the third sentence of subsection (a) by inserting, after the words “shall be used,” the following words:-- , without further appropriation,
