An Act to provide greater financial cost share of special education to sending districts under the special education circuit breaker.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Subsection (c) of said section 5A of said chapter 71B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 official edition, is hereby amended by striking out in line 56 the figure 75 and inserting in place thereof the following figure: 80.
