 An Act relative to CPR training in public high schools.  .

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1. Section 1 of Chapter 71 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out the words “provided, however, that a school committee may by majority vote decide that such instruction shall not be offered” in the first paragraph.
