 An Act to provide public schools administrative flexibility.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

    SECTION 1.  Section 41 of Chapter 71 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the second paragraph, in the first sentence after the word “principals” the following:- “, assistant principals, and directors of instruction”, and in the third sentence after the word “principal” the following:- “,assistant principal, or director of instruction”.
