An Act relative to school finance reform.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Chapter 70 of the General Laws is amended to provide for adequacy, equity and predictability and to provide for a phase-in of full funding.
