An Act to the further promotion of racial balance.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Chapter 71, section 37c of the Massachusetts General Laws is hereby amended by adding to the first sentence of said section, after ‘school committee,” the words “and the boards of trustees of commonwealth charter schools.
