In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to chapter 44, section 72, and chapter 71B, section 5 of the General Laws, any school committee receiving funds as a third party payee shall deposit such funds with the treasurer of the city, town or regional school district. Said funds shall be held as a separate account which may be expended by such committee without further appropriation for any lawful educational purpose.
