Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Chapter 71 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2000 Official Edition, is hereby amended in Section 38Q by inserting after the word: “frameworks”, the words: - and the development and implementation of portfolio assessments and the development of individual learning plans.
Section 2. Chapter 71 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2000 Official Edition, is hereby amended in Section 38G at line 276 by inserting after the word “skills” in the fourth line, the following:- and the development and implementation of portfolio assessments and the development and implementation of individual learning plans.
