An Act relative to teacher testing.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 38G of chapter 71 of the General Laws is hereby amended in line 67 by striking subsection (2) and inserting in place thereof the following:

(2) Achieve a level of performance determined by the board on the “PRAXIS II” published by the Educational Testing Service.”
