An Act for the further promotion of racial balance.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any act to the contrary, Chapter 71: section 37C of the

Massachusetts General Law is hereby amended by adding to the first sentence of said section,

after “school committee,” the words “and the boards of trustees of the commonwealth charter

school.”
