In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

 An Act relative to Prescription Advantage, so-called.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

Notwithstanding any general or specific law to the contrary, members of prescription advantage, so-called, may obtain 3 months supply of prescriptions from pharmacies.
