 An Act relative to certain license fees for senior citizens.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1. Section 3B of Chapter 7 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1994 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the fourth paragraph the following paragraph:-

 

Notwithstanding the provisions of any law to the contrary, the secretary of administration shall reduce the amount charged for a license or registration by any board by fifty percent for persons sixty-five years of age or older.
