In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

 An Act relative to assisted living residencies. .

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

   Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law, rule or regulation to the contrary, a resident shall have a physician’s assessment completed on an annual basis and upon the identification of a significant change in the condition of the resident.
