An Act Relative to services offered in Assisted Living facilities.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.       Subsection ( c ) of section 10 of chapter 19D is amended by adding after the words “restorative therapies” the following words “occupational therapy, physical therapy,”.
