Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 58 or chapter 475 of the acts of 1993 is hereby further amended by striking out the third sentence, as amended by section 260 of chapter 194 of the acts of 1998, and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:— Section 2A shall take effect on January 1, 2007.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
