In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

 An Act eliminating political action committee contributions.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1.  Chapter 55 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking section 6A and inserting in place thereof the following section:-

“Section 6A.  A candidate and such candidate’s committee shall not accept any contributions from a political action committee.”
