An Act authorizing and directing the director of the division of waterways to dredge the harbor area surrounding Neponset River in Quincy, Massachusetts.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. The director of the division of waterways within the department of environmental engineering is hereby authorized and directed to dredge the harbor area surrounding Marina Bay and Neponset River in Quincy, Massachusetts.

Section 2.  Such director shall expend such sums as may be appropriated therefor, such sums not to exceed the total of $800,000
