In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

An Act relative to the Commonwealth's participation in the regional greenhouse gas initiative.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Not withstanding any General Law, Special Act, rule or regulation to the contrary, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts shall become a full participant in the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI).
