An Act further regulating solid waste disposal facilities.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 150A of chapter 111 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “health”, in line 39, the following words:— ; provided, however, that no landfill or solid waste disposal facility located within 1.5 miles of a municipal drinking water supply shall be expanded.
