An Act relative to environmental violations.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

   Section 16 of chapter 21A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:-

   Any civil administrative penalty assessed and paid hereunder shall be paid over to the municipality or municipalities affected by the violation or noncompliance.
