An Act restoring fairness to the mooring of boats.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

   Section 10A of chapter 91 of the General Laws, as amended by section 33 of chapter 291 of the acts of 2004 and section 38 of chapter 352 of the acts of 2004, is hereby further amended by removing the second paragraph.
