In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

An Act relative to agricultural production and profitability.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.

                Section 5 of Chapter 59 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting at the end thereof the following: -

                “Fifty-sixth, greenhouses constructed with glass or plastic used for farming or agriculture as defined by section 1A of chapter 128.

                Fifty-seventh, new buildings and structures on real property used for farming or agriculture, as defined in section 1A of chapter 128, for a period of ten years from the date of issuance of an occupancy permit by a city or town.

                Fifty-eighth, silos and feed storage units used for farming or agriculture as defined in section 1A of chapter 128.

                Fifty-ninth, all real and personal property related to the production of milk by a farmer as defined in section 1A of chapter 128.”
