An Act relative to interbasin transfer.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding the provisions of sections 8B through 8D of Chapter 21 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, and 313 CMR 4.00, any improvements and expansions of the water supply of the Turners Falls Fire District in the town of Montague shall not be considered an interbasin transfer.
