In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

An Act relative to the licensing of a certain facility by the department of enviornmental protection.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the department of environmental protection shall not approve or issue a license for a third burner at the Wheelabrator facility in the town of Saugus.
