In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

 An Act implementing the Greater Callahan Open Space and Greenway Plan in the towns of Framingham, Sudbury, and Southborough and the city of Marlborough.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1. Chapter 132A of the General Laws shall be amended by adding after section 18, the following section:


Section 19. The Department of Environmental Management is authorized to acquire, in whole or in part, or to enter into agreements that protect from development, the lands defined in the Greater Callahan Open Space and Greenway Plan located in the towns of
Framingham, Sudbury and Southborough and in the city of Marlborough. These properties shall be added to the existing Callahan State Park and administered by the Department of Conservation and Recreation.
