 An Act directing and Department of Conservation and Recreation to develop a master plan for the Bellevue Hill Reservation.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1.  The department of conservation and recreation shall develop a master plan for the Bellevue Hill Reservation, located in the West Roxbury section of the city of Boston to provide regular maintenance, reforestation, tree pruning, dead tree removal and facility upgrades.
