 An Act Preventing  The Use Of Commonwealth Capital Scores In Connection With Agricultural Preservation Restrictions.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1.  Section 32 of Chapter 184 of the General Laws, is hereby amended by adding an additional section which reads as follows:

 

 

Notwithstanding any special or general law to the contrary, the Commonwealth Capital score of a community may not be used as a criterion in any form or fashion when the Commonwealth is considering providing funding for the purchase of an Agricultural Preservation Restriction (APR) that is located within that community.
