In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

 An Act relative to lobster licenses.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1.   Section 37 of Chapter 130 of the General Laws is amended by striking the third paragraph in its entirety and substituting in its place the following:

 

                “No such pot, trap or other contrivance shall be buoyed otherwise than separately and plainly within one-quarter mile of the shoreline of the islands of Naushon, Nashawena, Nonamesset, Cuttyhunk, Pasque, Penikese, Uncatena and Weepecket, all located within the waters of Gosnold in the county of Dukes county”.
