An Act exempting towns from certain fees.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Line 30, Section 3B of Chapter 21E of the general laws is hereby amended by inserting after the word “excluding” the following words:-

                “towns and”

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
