An Act relative to the powers of the Department of Agriculture.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 2 of Chapter 128 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding, after subsection (j), the following new subsection:-

(k) maintain exclusive authority in regulating and publishing information, creating and maintaining public outreach efforts and developing educational materials relative to nutrient management and fertilizer guidelines in the Commonwealth.
