In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 4 of chapter 140D of the General Laws, as
appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended
by inserting after (7), (2), (b), (ii), the following:—
(3) Fees and amounts imposed by a creditor will be
credited for that day at the customary and traditional
hourly closing time of business
