An Act relative to motor vehicle insurance surcharges.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

   The second paragraph of section 113P of chapter 175 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the third sentence the following sentence. Any surcharges collected by the insurer shall be refunded with simple interest.
