In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

An Act further regulating certain insurance premiums.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

   Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary all insurance premium rates for accident and sickness insurance and long term care insurance shall not increase more than 4 per cent annually.
