An Act relative to access of coverage for assisted reproductive technologies |
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Chapter 47H of chapter 175 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:-
Infertility coverage shall include women between the ages of 40 to 50 years inclusive. Physicians and patients shall be free to choose assisted reproductive technologies which shall include in vitro fertilization, intracytoplasmic sperm injection, and embryonic assisted hatching for such women.
