An Act relative to the surcharge fees for the resale of tickets.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 185D of Chapter 140 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended, in line 9, by inserting after the word “charges” the following words:— , provided, however, that such service charges shall not exceed $1.00.
