In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

An Act relative to the group insurance commission.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Not withstanding any General Law or Special Act to the contrary, all municipalities shall have the option to join the Commonwealth’s group insurance commission to provide insurance for their employees and retirees.
